Today at work was still ok..not veri busy..ok onli..

decided to workout after work everyday from today onwards..

went joggin wif darlin and feel like gg to die le..every where

also achin now..hahaz..need to slim down alot liao..been

puttin on weight so much le..need to adjust my own diet and

cant anyhow eat le and muz drink many many water..

heez..jot down all de things i ate in a day..really need to

slim down faster..heez..
